Update on market activity in your area.  Every two weeks I will send you an update of what is for sale and pending in your area - so that you can see what the competition is doing.  The report will show you how many homes are for sale in your area, how many are pending, the number of sales in the past 6 months, how many months of supply are currently on the market, etc.  Markets can change quickly, so it is important to be up to date with how the current market is doing.  

  4. Help you prepare the house.  Jack has years of experience helping you prepare your house for the probable buyer for your house.  What color should you paint, should you refinsh the hardwoods, or recarpet, decluttering, etc?   I can arrange to bring in contractors to take care of the work that is needed.  Also, I can arrange to have the house staged, if we decide that is needed.  Getting the house ready to go on the market is a very important step and it can add thousands of dollars to what you net out of the house.
